NEW LIVE STREAMING – COMING VERY SOON. June 30, 2009
Some of you may have noticed that we have switched live streaming services. We are now using Ustream.com. We tried it out on the last show and it seemed to work much better.
As of right now, we have replaced the video window on the hompage. We are in the process of building a new page, that will have the live stream and chat, along with all the info you need to participate in a live show.
That page will be up on the site soon, and when you go to http://redbarradio.com/tv, it will link to it. (redbarradio.com/tv used to take you to our stickam page)
We did lose a few features – we will no longer be able to have listeners come on camera and video chat. Also, for the chatroom, you do need to sign up to make a username. However, it takes two seconds.
Hopefully by tomorrow’s show we will have the new page up and running. You don’t have to really do anything different. redbarradio.com/tv will take you to the new page.

I deal with a lot of vendors when it comes to doing stuff for Red Bar. Last year we had a vinyl banner made for Red Bar. It’s the one that you can see on the webcam hanging up behind us on the wall. We got the banner from esigns.com – two days ago, I ordered another banner from esigns.com, and to my surprise, it was here in like a day and a half! It looks soooo good too.
