First: Talk radio is hard to get into. I tell everyone to listen to 4 episodes of our show before establishing a final opinion. Most people hate the show upon first listen. But ask any listener, our show will become your favorite thing ever.
What we do here: Our show is a comedy talk radio show. We broadcast LIVE every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 3pm-5pm CST out of Chicago, IL. We are also on webcam during those live shows. It’s completely interactive. While we do our show you can watch us, listen to us, chat with us, call us, message us, and skype us.
Every live show is recorded. Each day after the live show is over, we put the recordings up on the website for you guys to download. You can listen to any show, any day, any time. The show is available for streaming, downloading, or you can subscribe to our PODCAST.
This can all be so confusing to a new listener. Podcast? Subscribe? Forum? Vote? Webcam? What the fuck?
I know, it’s a lot. Here’s a list of things to do to get yourself involved, up to date, and understanding the show:
1.) Join our MAILING LIST. Every day before our live show, I send out an email letting you know what’s going to happen along with general updates. You can join the mailing list by going to redbarradio.com and signing up at the top.
2.) Sign up on our FORUM PAGE. Our forums are where all of the listeners hang out during the week. Everything RBR related is talked about over there. Register today and check out all the cool shit that goes down over there. It may take you a week or so to get used to it all. It can be overwhelming at first.
3.) Subscribe to our podcast. Go to our HOW TO SUBSCRIBE page for details.

Red Bar Radio was created in 2003 by MIKE DAVID. Originally intended as a “goof” on Chicago radio, through word of mouth and links passed along on other websites, Red Bar Radio grew.
